Developing the Warrior Leader
Ask workers what trait they most want their bosses to display and the majority will say they want a strong leader. There is a big difference between being a manager and being a leader. This training will discuss what it takes to develop the "warrior" leadership that lies within each of us.
Session Objectives:
- To gain insight into what a true leader is
- To define what a warrior is and dispel any myths
- To understand how becoming a warrior makes you become a better leader
